How can I book?
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We ask all guests to confirm a booking with a 50% deposit . This is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due one week prior to the check in date. This can be done on credit card or via a direct deposit. Contact us if you have questions or need details.
What if we have late notice of extra guests?
This is no issue but we will need to be informed so we can unlock the other rooms. Please note that there are charges for extra guests.
Do you accept one night bookings?
Absolutely, depending on availability. Please contact us for more information.
Do you have a minimum stay on long weekends and public holidays?
Yes, there is a minimum 3 nights stay on a long weekend.
Are there extra charges?
The only other charges that are likely to arise as if there are extra guests or reasonable costs for any repair or replacement of property lost, damaged, removed or additional cleaning.
What time is check in and chgeck out?
Check in is from 2 pm. Please advise us of the likely time of arrival and we will leave the lights on and the door unlocked.
Check out is strictly 10 am unless prior arrangements have been made. This will depend on upcoming bookings.
Do you supply breakfast?
We supply a basic continental breakfast with bread, butter, milk, juice, condiments, tea, and coffee. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Is there WiFi?
Yes we have free WiFi.
Are pets allowed?
Yes we are a pet friendly cottage and are happy to accommodate your furry friends. We do however require that pets do not hop on the beds or furniture. If there is a mess made there may be additional cleaning charges.
Is the cottage fully serviced?
The cottage is not cleaned while occupied. If the stay is extensive we can arrange cleans.
Are linen and towels provided?
Yes, we provide all linen and towels. You need do nothing but arrive and relax.
